Out of 70 million songs on Spotify, I had to choose 21. It wasn't easy.
What is music?
How does music affect emotions and mood?
How do we choose what to listen to?
Why do you sing, but not dance, in the shower?
How much does it cost to create a summer hit?
You won't find answers to these and many other questions here.
On the other hand, you can listen to the songs I've chosen. And it took 6 hours. On average, about 17 minutes per song.
The choice of songs is entirely subjective and not open to criticism. Share your songs in the comments.
My simple perspective on music.
Music has a strong impact on mood, and vice versa. A good analogy is with food. You need to understand and think. Avoid overindulging in sweets and fast food.
One of the models of emotions is Plutchik's Wheel of Emotions.
Music does influence emotions and feelings. It's easy to conduct an experiment - listen to the song Marilyn Manson — WE ARE CHAOS with 8,346,558 views ten times. The song is of very high quality, a perfect ten. BUT! Pay attention to the nuances and your emotions during the process.

Why did I choose exactly 21 Positive Songs?
The difference between adults and children lies in the fact that adults take responsibility for what happens to them, for what they do, what they say, and ideally, even for what they think.
What makes a song positive?
Various things: melody, lyrics, the meaning of the words, different forms of humor, the artist's image, and the performance itself.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. People perceive the world differently, which is why everything is relative.
A Change Of Seasons — Dream Theater
Genre: Progressive Metal, Progressive Rock
Why this song? I haven't found a stronger song yet. Considering various factors, including its length and complexity. Perhaps, song length matters. The performance skill is impressive.
Drawbacks: It's challenging to do a plank exercise with this long song.
